Morty

Morty is a shy but sweet little senior Havanese.  He was found as a stray in the industrial park suffering from severe skin infections, ear infections and dry eye.  Morty has been neglected and needs a home that will shower him with love and never let him down.  He will need chronic eye medication, the state of his skin long term is to be determined.
