Sweet Russell Stover was given away in a parking lot then surrendered to the shelter.  He is a loving, happy puppy looking for his best life.  This little man may need a knee surgery once he is fully grown or the issue may correct itself as he grows, either way, he will need a home that can commit to his best life no matter what!
