Chops is a young and special guy that needs a very specific home.  He may not be placed with any animals smaller than him and no children.  Chops is working through some trust issues, but when he does trust, he is a very good and eager to please kind of guy that has tons of love to give.  He will need a home with a strong background in training and shepherd experience.  Chops was not socialized or trained the way that his breeding requires, but he wants very badly to be in a loving home again.
