​Sweet Shiloh is a people person!  He is over the moon to make new friends whenever he can.  This guy came to us very underweight, due to negligence from his previous owner;  there is nothing wrong with his appetite for food or life.  Shiloh does like to eat things (like rocks and toys) and needs a family that can manage that impulse.
