Hannibal is a social & active boy looking for a family to love him.  This dog tends to escape & make friends wherever he can, so a potential home must be able to manage that.  Hannibal loves to be outside & go for walks, but car rides are his favorite (though he cannot sit still).  He lived with another dog for a short time & grew up with children.  Hannibal has had a few ear infections and may have light allergies.
